The Uniform Shop is proud of our "No Minimum Order" policy. We ask that you allow 1 business day (Monday thru Friday) processing period from the time you place your order. We will try our best to deliver your order promptly, typically within 5 business days for delivery. Some items have additional shipping time information that may be noted in your confirmation. Rush deliveries are available on a variety of items. Please call us toll free at 1-866-841-4116 or e-mail us at info@uniformshoponline.com to see if your order can be "rushed". In some instances items ordered together might be shipped separately. You will not incur any additional freight charges for separate regularly scheduled shipments of the same order. Ordering and Shipping
Q. When is my order processed?
A. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. We carry a significant inventory, however if your item is not currently in stock, we will notify you via the e-mail address you provided to us.

Q. Is there sales tax on the order?
A. Sales tax is applied only in the states that we have stores. Visit our Locations page to see the states that apply.

Q. What shipping methods are available?
A. Normal delivery of items is via normal UPS delivery time. UPS Next Day ($19.50) or UPS 2nd Day ($12.00) for orders up to $250 air services are available for in-stock items shipped separately.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. No. At this time we only ship within the continental USA including Hawaii and Alaska.

Q. How do I know the shipping cost?
A. Shipping cost is calculated using the Shipping table for all 48 contiguous states. Shipping cost to Alaska and Hawaii will be assessed higher than the following table reflects.

A. Yes, The Uniform Shop Online store is 100% secure. We use SSL security, which is the best security system in the industry. All transactions are Verisign approved for security.

Q. Can I place an order without a credit card?
A. The Uniform Shop Online store currently accepts payment using Mastercard or Visa credit cards only. You can also buy via fax or phone-in orders with a check or money order. All prices quoted on The Uniform Shop Online are in U.S. $ currency.

Q. How do I check the status of my order or contact you if I have a question about my order?

Q. An item I ordered is on backorder and I do not wish to wait. How can I cancel it?
A. To cancel a backordered item, please call The Uniform Shop 1-866-841-4116 or e-mail us at info@uniformshoponline.com. Please include your name, address, and ordering information in addition to information about the item you wish to cancel. If the item has not already been shipped we will cancel it immediately. If it has already shipped, you may refuse the package upon delivery and it will be returned to us.

Q. Can I place an order by phone, mail, or fax?

Out of Stock Items
A back order is any item that is currently out of stock, but will be shipped as soon as it is available. No additional shipping will be charged for back ordered items. We will notify you if an item(s) will be back ordered for more than three weeks.

Returns and Exchanges
Q. What information do I need to return an item to The Uniform Shop?
A Please ship your return merchandise including the return authorization number on the completed packing slip to the following address via insured mail: The Uniform Shop, 225 East Center Drive, Alton, Illinois 62002.

Q. Can I exchange an item I've received for something else?
A. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Simply fill out the exchange portion of the packing slip form for the item(s) you would like to return and for the items you wish to order. Include it with your return merchandise. If the amount for the replacement item(s) exceeds the amount to be refunded (cost of the product only, shipping and handling cannot be refunded) include your credit card information for payment processing.

Q. What's necessary to notify The Uniform Shop about an item received in error, or damaged in transit?
A. We take every measure to avoid this situation, however it may sometimes happen. We would like you to notify us immediately by phone at 1-866-841-4116, or by e-mail at info@uniformshoponline.com. Please indicate the order number, name, address and details on the item in question and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, and you will receive a credit for the return upon receipt at The Uniform Shop.

Q. What's The Uniform Shop policy regarding full refund, and when can I expect my refund?
A. If you return the item in new condition within 30 days, with proof of purchase and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product based upon the original payment method. We cannot refund the price of postage, unless we shipped the item incorrectly, it is defective, or it was damaged in transit. If you do not have a packing slip or original order information, please call The Uniform Shop at 1-866-841-4116.

Q. What guarantee does The Uniform Shop have on its products?
A. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. So if you are disappointed, any non-embroidered item in its original condition with tags attached may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt. Q. I'm not sure about my size, what should I do?
A. If you have questions concerning your size, use our size chart. Our size charts indicate average measurements and corresponding size. Please use as a general rule. Our in-store consultant can help you choose the right size. If you desire assistance, please call 1-866-841-4116.

Q. Do you offer petite and plus sizes? What about Tall?

A. Yes. The Uniform Shop offers many top brands in a variety of sizes including extra small petite to plus sizes, and tall too. It varies by product detail. Simply check the item pull down for available sizes.
